The Inner Critic Lab is a coaching space dedicated to helping people transform their relationship with their inner critic.
I work with individuals who feel driven by harsh self-judgment, inner pressure, or a constant sense of “not enough,” even when life appears to be going well.
Through structured, compassionate coaching, I help clients understand the inner dynamics that fuel self-criticism and develop a calmer, more balanced inner dialogue. The goal is not to silence the inner critic, but to relate to it differently so that clarity, confidence, and self-leadership can emerge.

My name is Giuseppe Rotella
I did not come to this work through theory alone. I came to it because I lived it.
For years, my inner critic shaped how I worked, related, and evaluated myself. No matter how much I achieved, the pressure remained. Eventually, I realized that fighting this voice was not creating freedom but understanding it was.
That realization changed my life and led me to dedicate myself to this work. Through personal experience and continued learning, I developed a way of working with the inner critic that emphasizes curiosity, clarity, and responsibility rather than force or suppression.
Today, I work with people who want to move beyond constant self-judgment and develop a more stable and respectful relationship with themselves.
I believe that lasting change begins inside, when we stop turning against parts of ourselves and start listening differently.
